Lionetti-Kollar
Lindsay Marie Lionetti met Daniel Ryan Kollar in the fall of 1998 when she was a freshman and he was a sophomore at Tufts University. They had the same circle of friends in college, but were not close enough to stay in touch after Dan graduated. Fortunately, his younger brother, who played lacrosse at Tufts, drew Dan back to watch a game, and the couple reconnected during Lindsay’s senior year.

Three-and-a-half years later, at the top of the Prudential Center overlooking the city of Boston, Dan proposed. The couple was married by the Reverend Dr. Paul J. Carling at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church in Darien. A Mediterranean-style reception followed at the Delamar Hotel and L’Escale restaurant on Greenwich Harbor.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of New Canaan Country School and 1998 graduate of Greenwich Academy. She received her bachelor’s degree in English from Tufts and is an account supervisor at Hill, Holiday Advertising in Boston. Her parents are Deborah Lionetti of Rowayton and David Lionetti of Stamford.

The groom received both his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master’s degree in urban planning and development from Tufts. He is an assistant vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate and money management firm in Boston. His parents are Joan and Richard Kollar of Middle Island, New York.

After a honeymoon at the Parrot Cay Resort on the islands of Turks & Caicos, the couple returned home to Boston.
